Goal(s)

The aim of this module is to develop skills in dealing with engineering business case related to additive manufacturing in nuclear industry

Content(s)

this module organisation is as follow

8h of lectures on additive manufacturing and its application in nuclear industry
4h of practicals to learn on how to design a CAD file and compute mechanical charactristics with COMSOL and how to slice it for printing in the ORLAS machine (SLM)
20h of project : A nuclar engineering part will be given by ORANO and student will have to develop the best design and print it in 316L material
