Content

3 lab sessions of 4 hours :

  • MOS transistors : characteristics, introduction to logical systems.
  • Differential amplifier
  • Push-pull amplifier


Prerequisites

Lab session " Introduction labwork", Electronic measurement systems, Electronics labwork S1, Writing a report
Lesson : "Electronics"

Tests

Continuous evaluation (oral presentation) (30% of the final mark)
3 hour exam, at the end of the lab cycle (70% of the final mark).
