Integrated RF/mmW circuits and systems are a major research topic for the perspective of internet of things, future fixed/mobile radio standards, sensor networks but also for biomedical applications. The Région Rhône-Alpes, and more particularly the Alpine valley is developping cutting edge research with international collaborations in the areas of Microelectronics and radiofrequencies to target of all these applications (industry, the French digital cluster for micro- and nanoelectronics and software (Minalogic), Institut de Recherche Technologique (IRT), CEA-Leti...). In this exceptional research environement, it is necessary to provide a top level international master program in wireless integrated circuits and systems (WICS) to address these challenges.
