Goal(s)

At the end of the module, the student will be able to:
- Use and implement a UHF RFID system.
- Realize a RFID system from basic electronic brick.
- Design and characterize an RFID tag such as evaluate the reading range.
- Understand the problematic of the integration of sensors in RFID systems.

3. RF concepts of UHF RFID : Radar cross section, backscattering wave, load modulation.
4. UHF RFID reader : modulation, transceiver, smart antenna

6. UHF RFID protocol : communication protocol between the reader and the tag
7. The future of RFID

The exam is given in english only 
1 written exam, 1 hour
Final mark= 1 (exam)
