Goal(s)

To prepare, characterize and use a hybridation DNA microarray
To understand some notions important in biotechnology : specificity, reproducibility, sensitivity and confidence

Content(s)

Phase 1 : DNA extraction, amplification and labeling with a fluorophore. Quantification.

Phase 2 : spotting of oligonucleotides probes with a microarrayer

Phase 3 : hybridization with fluorescent target DNA and washings

Phase 4 : quantification of immobilized fluorescence and statistical analysis
