Realization and characterization of electronic devices and systems.

Content(s)

6 sessions of 4 hours dedicated to the following topics:
• bipolar transistor : static characteristics, common-emitter amplifier
• operational amplifier : real op-amps, measurement of imperfections
• power supply : rectifier, filter and voltage regulator
• MOS transistor : static characteristics, introduction to CMOS logic gates
• differential amplifier with current mirror active load, internal structure of op-amp
• operational amplifier : positive feedback applications (Schmitt Trigger, oscillators and waveform generators)



Prerequisites

Lab session " Introduction labwork", Electronic measurement systems
Electronics course (3PMEELC9)

Test

Continuous evaluation (oral presentation/reports) (20% of the final mark)
2 hour exam, at the end of the lab cycle (80% of the final mark).
