Goals

Learning by doing. Practicing the know-how learned in electronics, data acquisition, signal and image treatment on a real example. Learn how to select components. Work in a team.

Content

A few instrumentation subjects in biotechnology or medical engineering are proposed at the beginning of the project. Each project is conducted by a group of 3 or 4 students. A task list should be prepared. At the end of the project, the students should write a report and present the instrumentation setup they have built.



Prerequisites

Instrumentation courses : Electronics for measurement systems, Analog-to-Digital and Digital-to-Analog Converters, Data acquisition (Labview), Machine communication and networks

Tests

The exam may be taken in french or in english FR EN

Written report and oral presentation
