Goals

The project objective is to implement a microcontroller device, programmed in C, the heart of a chain consisting of a sensor and a display. Advanced serial communication with the sensor requires a specific library functions.

Content

Aim is to develop a complete program that implements the electronic scale already achieved by students as part of another practical teaching electronics.

The mass measurement to be displayed is provided by an ADC (ADC circuit 121C021). The display of the measurement will be performed on an alphanumeric LCD.

An experimental development kit (PICDEM2 card) includes all the elements needed to achieve.

Tests

At the last lab session, oral presentation of the work. Project report 15 to 20 pages.
