Phelma’s partnerships with the world of business
Based in Grenoble in the Rhône Alpes region of France, Phelma is partnered with one of the largest industrial networks in Europe.
Phelma establishes partnership agreements with large companies and SMEs as the best way of sustaining and strengthening the school's relations with its industrial partners.
Here are a few examples: on 1 October 2012 Grenoble INP - Phelma and DCNS signed a partnership agreement.
When industry takes part in training
- Offers many work placements, final-year projects or jobs
- Takes part in the school's Partnership Day: an unmissable annual event when students from the three years meet several dozen companies (stands, conferences, mock interviews, etc.)
- Contributes to teaching and conferences on the different professions within engineering
- Participates on the school's various boards and committees. Companies assist the way the school is managed, enabling it to adapt its curriculum to developments in the different professions
- Helps with equipment and setting up educational platforms
- Prepares student engineers for professional integration
