You will receive your student number shortly after by email.
C- Prepare the following documents :
* ID card : JPEG or PDF
* ID picture 1.8cmx2.2cm JPEG (to print it on your student card so you must be recognized on the picture)
* Extract from birth certificate translated in French.
* Registration certificate from your home university for year 2025-2026 : JPEG or PDF
Some universities' enrolment will be in late August/September : if you do not have this document yet, upload it later.

For your first connexion, sign in with "other user authentication" and create your account. Then fill out the form and upload the PDF on the platform linked below.

3 - Come to Phelma and finalize your registration from January 8th, 2026.

You must:
In order to proceed to your registration, you have to get in order with the CVEC. The CVEC is the annual contribution to the Student's life (library, medicine,...)
This is mandatory for every student in France, either a foreigner or not, who will get a diploma from a French Institution.
To pay this contribution, you will have to connect to CVEC page.
The payment of this contribution has to be done on-line and will be free of bank charges (since it is handled by the French State).
Once the payment completed, you will receive a proof of payment with allocation of a number. You will need this number for your successive enrolment.

Applicants must hold a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent, minimum 3 years of higher education) in a field relevant to engineering sciences.
