Goal(s)

To supply the knowledge needed to design analog integrated circuits in CMOS processes.

Content(s)

  • Structure and modelling of integrated CMOS devices (passive and active devices).
  • One stage basics amplifiers (CS, CD, CG) and active load
  • Cascode amplifier
  • Current mirrors (static and dynamic behaviour)
  • Differentials amplifiers
  • Operational Op Amp (two gain stages and cascode stages)


Prerequisites

Electrical circuits, 1st and 2nd order filters, Bode, Diodes, Transistors, operational amplifier.

Test

Written examination. (2h)

Note finale de session 1 = 70% DS1 + 15% QCM + 15% TP

En distanciel :
Note finale de session 1 = 50% QCM en ligne + 50% DS écrit
