Content(s)
The general framework of law and business life
- Contractual relations: principles and application in the engineering profession (formulation of contracts, clauses, implementation of contractual and tort liability)
- Introduction to labor law (formulation and termination of employment contracts, study of specific clauses)
Introduction to corporate law (characterization of different legal statuses and analysis of selection criteria when starting a business).
The law lectures are interspersed with quizzes (mini-situations to analyze or knowledge assessment). A handout is distributed at each session.

2nd session: multiple-choice questions and open-ended questions (without documentation) - replaces the session 1 grade.
