Goals

These Laboratory works are an introduction to experimental methods and concepts in Material science and Physical chemistry.

This module includes 6 labworks on the following topics ; each student achieving 1 labwork of each topic:

Topic metals and polymers:

  • Mechanical testing
  • Photovoltaic

Topic physicochemical analyzes:

  • Composition of a bronze by Atomic Absorption Spectroscopy
  • Elaboration and characterization of technical ceramics BaTiO3

Topic Ceramics:

  • Study of a spinel
  • Cermet nanopowder of Ni-Zirconia
