realization and characterization of electronic devices and systems.

Content

4 lab sessions of 4 hours :

  • bipolar transistors : characteristics, common emitter amplifier
  • MOS transistors : characteristics, introduction to logical systems.
  • Operationnal amplifier : measurement of imperfections, basic systems.
  • power supply system : signal rectifiying and power regulation.


Prerequisites

Lab session " Introduction labwork", Electronic measurement systems
Lesson : "Electronics"

Tests

Continuous evaluation (oral presentation/reports) (20% of the final mark)
2 hour exam, at the end of the lab cycle (80% of the final mark).
