Basic knowledge on thermodynamics : phase diagrams, Gibbs free energy, chemical potential
Basic knowledge on point defects and solid state diffusion

Semester 7 - The exam may be taken in french or in english

- Part 1 : written exam, no documents except 1 recto verso sheet written by hand
- part 2 : practical lab reports
