Goal(s)

Analyze a problem, implement an appropriate intellectual approach (experimental and digital), and propose solutions in the field of electrochemistry and process engineering.

Contact Pierre Antoine BONNEFONT, Raphael BOICHOT, Nicolas SERGENT, Lenka SVECOVA, Florence DRUART, Renaud BOUCHET

Content(s)

A list of projects is proposed in the fields of energy, the environment, and materials, drawing on concepts covered in electrochemistry and process engineering courses.
Bibliographic analysis of the project.
Definition of experimental requirements (solutions, materials, electrodes, machines, etc.) and digital tools to be used.
Development of a work plan.
Conducting experiments on practical work platforms
Writing a model and performing simulations
Oral presentation of project progress and results, written summary in the form of an article in English.

Prerequisites

Basic concepts in electrochemistry, materials, and process engineering

Test

Assessment in session 1 is based on continuous monitoring of projects in the form of reports and oral presentations.
In session 2, assessment is based solely on a 30-minute individual oral exam.
