Goal(s)

Objectives (Processes):

Write a mass and energy balance for a system with a chemical reaction.
Design homogeneous chemical reactors (estimate volume, residence time, operating temperature).

Study system dynamics and processes in transient states.
Introduce and use transfer functions to model a dynamic response.
Apply system dynamics for control (PID controller).
