Goal(s)
Those projects will give you an idea of the different research teams in Grenoble and around. You are going to experience how techniques are combined within a research project. This course may give you possibility to get into contact with labs or companies for possible internships.
This activity is also an opportunity to work autonomously in a group of people.
Content(s)
Students spend 10 half-days in a research team during about on month. The labs are selected among a list given at the beginning of the year.This is a short list of labs which collaborate : Institute of Advanced Bioscience (IAB), Grenoble Neuroscience Institute (GIN), LETI (CEA), ESRF, Institut Néel, Laboratoire Interdisciplinaire de Physique (LIPhy), IRIG (CEA), Molecular Chemistry department, Spintec, GIPSA Lab, LMGP, CROMA, etc.
A certain number of subjects may be proposed by local start-ups like Eveon, MagIA diagnostics, Avalun, ...
Prerequisites
- Multidisciplinary formation in nanoscience - scientific curiosity
- Notions about instrumentation in biomedical engineering
- Notions of project management and teamwork.
- Aptitude to autonomous work, organizational skills to effectively tackle complex goals.
