- Groups of 3 students work 6 days (one per week) in a laboratory on a specific experimental set-up actually used for research (typically they have to elaborate some sample and then to characterise it using TEM, X-rays, Auger, XPS spectroscopy, DSC, etc.). Their work is supervised by a researcher in charge of the set-up. The students write a report including the presentation and analysis of their data.
