Content

During this lecture the main materials classes wiil be seen (metals, polymers, composites, ceramics) with a focus on their physical, mechanical properties as well as their processing. Concerning metals specific attention will be paid on the most used ones (aluminium, magnesum, copper, titanium and steels). Each times some case studies will be given in the field of structural materials, functional materials and nuclear materials
