Goals

This aim of these labworks is to illustrate some concepts related to the biology courses on the one side and to the electronics courses on the other side.

Content

First part of those labworks, made of three 8 hours sessions is dedicated to the modelling, the implementation and the caracterization of electronics components.

  • First session is dedicated to components modeling by using the simulation software Silvaco
  • Second session takes place in the clean room and is dedicated to the implementation of capacities and diodes
  • Third session is dedicated to the caracterization of the components that have been made in the clean room.

Second part of these lab sessions is dedicated to enzymology and to the use of a atomic force microscope.
