Goals
The objectives of this lecture are the study of generation-recombination phenomena in semiconducteurs (SC) and of the pn junction at equilibrium and polarized.

Prerequisitesbasis on semiconductor physics: SC at equilibrium, transport phenomena, pn junction at equilibrium.
Tests 1/4 assignments (on-line tests during the semester) + 3/4 exam.
For the exam, if "presence" condition: 1h30 written exam, with calculator and no documents (a formula paper will be given with the exam suject)
For the exam if "at distance": on-line test with 2 parts (30 minutes + 45 minutes).
1/4 control continu (tests en ligne pendant le semestre) + 3/4 examen
