Prerequisites
Basic knowledge on thermodynamics : phase diagrams, Gibbs free energy, chemical potential
Basic knowledge on point defects and solid state diffusion
Semester 7 - The exam may be taken in french or in english
Session 1:
If exams in presence mode:
1 multiple choice question short exam (during the course) for knowledge evaluation
2h written exam (exercices and problem), no documents allowed except 1 A4 sheet recto verso
If exams in distance mode:
1 multiple choice question short exam (during the course) for knowledge evaluation (using Chamilo)
2h written exam (exercices and problem), all documents allowed, surveillance using Zoom, upload of copy (pdf format) using the Chamilo platform, or by email opr using an uploading platform (time of file sending should be within the exam time).
Session 2 :
Same conditions as session 1, but the multiple choice mark of session 1 is kept.
QCM : 10%
