Goal(s)
This course will regroup individual projects (by group of 3-4 students) in order for students to learn on the implementation of elementary quantum algorithms on superconducting quantum processors and simulators (IBM-Q), and the attendance to a series of seminars on quantum engineering and technologies presented by academic and industrial actors specifically organized for the students.

• Interdisciplinary projects (Benoît Vermersch (LPMMC) and Nicolas Roch (NEEL)): This part will be co-organized with the ENSIMAG engineering school and the MSIAM Master. It will be focused on the implementation of elementary quantum algorithms on superconducting quantum processors and simulators (IBM-Q). It relies on a “learning by doing” strategy developed jointly with our ENSIMAG partners. Developed skills: Python & quantum circuits.
• Different seminars on nanomechanics, quantum cryptographie, NV centers, etc .. on a 3 slots of 1h30 basis. The idea is to present the mandatory concepts and the different results in a topic in direct relation with quantum technologies.
• Few seminars will be devoted to the vision of industrials in relation with the French quantum strategy.
