Goal(s)
The "Materials and Society" projects consist of a literature review on an application area of materials (aircraft engines, wind turbine blades, food packaging, etc.). Students are supposed to identify industrially selected "Materials" and "Processes" solutions, carry out a life cycle analysis and/or discuss the societal impact.

Sessions in autonomy, with supervision by the 3A SIM
This first semester allows the students to define the contours of the subject, and to identify the salient points on which to focus in the second semester.
