Objective 1 : basic principals

  • What is the meaning of managing a team?
  • Management styles

Objective 2 : to develop a better knowledge of one self and have a suitable dealing

  • The fundamentals : basic rules of the communication
  • Auto-diagnostic of his behavior
  • The different types of authority
  • Methodology and technicity to communicate with people

Objective 3 : to motivate the people and to develop their knowledge

  • What is at stake?
  • To show the main cases
  • The rules to delegate efficiently

Objective 4 : to organize the work and lead efficiently his team

  • To know how to explain the aims and express the priority
  • How to treat internal conflicts
  • To go over main situations
  • To value and appraise the good results : controlling the work day after day


Prerequisites

Test

1st session : exercise by several groups, taking again the principles and the methodological conditions. Mini individual controls and judgment on the way things are being done
2nd session : study on situation taking again the principles and the methodological conditions.
