To enable that the student to perform the best he can with his time and his personal organization.

At the end of the module the student will be able to :

define his objectives and the ways to achieve their planning
use a methodology and ways to make easier management of his time
to put to work a way of making changes keeping into account his own personality.

Phase 1 : PERSONAL EVALUATION OF HIS MANAGEMENT OF TIME

Self diagnostic of the way he organizes his management of time
Useless or stealing time activities
Tempo of personal activities, the relationship with the time
Effect of the stress

Phase 2 : STARTEGIE AND ACHIEVENESS

How to define a purpose: the SMART method
To know how to manage priorities
Purpose and work management : work by talking, team work, and how to organize meeting.

Phase 3 : ASSOCIATED CONSIDERATIONS

Ability to find a solution to problems and make decisions
How to deal with interruption (unplanned visits, phone calls...)
To plan the work, the agenda and to classify documents
To develop straightness while at work
To know how to say no, to be firm on his position



Prerequisites

Test

1st session : exercise by several groups going over again on the methodological principles. Mini individual controls and judgment on the way things are being done

2nd session : study on situation taking the principles and the methodological conditions.
