Goal(s)
This course covers the fundamentals of control theory for continuous time system. The objective is to provide theoretical and methodological tools which can be useful for engineers in applied physics.

System Modelisation(block diagrams, transfer function, open loop, closed loop).
- Characterization of systems (Bode, Black, Nyquist, stability, static and dynamic responses).
- Control system design (P, PI, PD and PID controllers)
- Introduction to non-linear systems: the first harmonic method and phase plane method.
