Presentation of the CSR concept
European legal framework for CSR in terms of its social component and governance: CS3D – CSRD
Social issues and labor law:

  • The obligations of employers and employees when entering into an employment contract
  • The obligations of employers when terminating an employment contract
  • Employer obligations during the performance of the employment contract: wage discrimination/harassment/working conditions

Legal aspects of corporate governance: breaches of integrity (corruption, illegal taking of interest, etc.)
