Content

Nowadays, microelectronics represents a very large world in which evolve people with a wide panel of competences going from physics, to chemistry, electronics, informatics, etc. This lecture is aiming to give a global, yet non-exhaustive, view of microelectronics and the different kinds of jobs in this area.
Different steps, from design, to fabrication and final product will be quickly described.
Two of the lectures will be insured by an associated professor working in the field of micro – nano electronics, while the other two will be given by an engineer working in a big microelectronics company.
