Admission avec un BUT :
De manière dérogatoire, les très bons élèves à bac +2 pourront candidater et entrer en première année d'école d’ingénieurs. Les dossiers de BUT2 pourront être étudiés au cas par cas pour la prochaine rentrée.

Pour toute candidature en cycle ingénieur, des frais de gestion d'un montant de 100 € vous seront demandés quel que soit le nombre de formations auxquelles vous candidatez. Seules les filières par apprentissage sont exonérées des frais de gestion.
Les élèves boursiers sur critères sociaux au titre de l’année universitaire en cours sont exonérés sous réserve de pouvoir justifier de leur situation (notification définitive à joindre au dossier de candidature).
Le paiement sera effectué en ligne. En cas de défaut de paiement, la candidature ne sera pas examinée.
Vous pouvez être candidat·e en 1re et en 2e année à Phelma. Si c'est le cas, vous devez faire un dossier pour chaque candidature.
Vous pouvez être candidat·e dans plusieurs école de Grenoble INP - UGA. Si c'est le cas, vous devez vous enregistrer pour chacune d'entre elles.
Vous pouvez être candidat·e en formation initiale et en formation par l'apprentissage. Si c'est le cas, vous devez faire un dossier pour chaque candidature.

Master 1

Titulaire d'un diplôme de niveau bac+3 minimum dans les disciplines nécessaires aux sciences de l’ingénieur.
Pour plus d’informations consulter la rubrique "Admission" de la page du programme concerné.
Niveau B1 minimum en anglais pour les masters dispensés en français.
Niveau B2 minimum en anglais pour les masters dispensés en anglais.

Master 2

Titulaire d'un diplôme de niveau bac+4 minimum dans les disciplines nécessaires aux sciences de l’ingénieur.

REGISTRATION FEES AND PAYMENT

Admission to Phelma, Grenoble INP - UGA

 
You are a non-degree exchange student coming for 1 or 2 semesters

You must:

1 - Read carefully Nomination & application
 
2- Registration procedure after receiving your acceptance letter:

A- Complete this form - help on this memo
B- Send the form to Léna Caruso - in-coming@phelma.grenoble-inp.fr before December 8th,2025
You will receive your student number shortly after by email.

C- Prepare the following documents :
    * ID card : JPEG or PDF
    * ID picture 1.8cmx2.2cm JPEG (to print it on your student card so you must be recognized on the picture)
    * Extract from birth certificate translated in French.
    * Registration certificate from your home university for year 2025-2026 : JPEG or PDF
       Some universities' enrolment will be in late August/September : if you do not have this document yet, upload it later.
    * Data consent form to be read and filled out here https://applicationform.grenoble-inp.fr/FSA2/723 
For your first connexion, sign in with "other user authentication" and create your account. Then fill out the form and upload the PDF on the platform linked below.

D- Once you have received your student number by email, upload documents mentioned above on this platform here
Sign in with your student number and date of birth, such as ddmmyyyy
3 - Come to Phelma and finalize your registration from January 8th, 2026.
4 - Welcome seminar will take place on January 8th, 2026. More details will be given by email.
You are a double degree student (master or engineer student)

You must:

In order to proceed to your registration, you have to get in order with the CVEC. The CVEC is the annual contribution to the Student's life (library, medicine,...)
This is mandatory for every student in France, either a foreigner or not, who will get a diploma from a French Institution.
To pay this contribution, you will have to connect to CVEC page.
The payment of this contribution has to be done on-line and will be free of bank charges (since it is handled by the French State).
Once the payment completed, you will receive a proof of payment with allocation of a number. You will need this number for your successive enrolment.
